Your privacy, in plain words

When you request a quote, we receive:

• Your email address
• Your ZIP code
• One to three photos of your boxes or rooms
• The date and time of your request and the language you used on the site
• Basic technical information, used only to keep the site secure and prevent spam

We remove location information from your photos before storing them.

Mainly to understand the size of the job, prepare your quote and reply to you by email. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't send marketing.

If we'd ever like to show one of your photos in our portfolio, for example as a "before", we'll ask you first. We only use it with your explicit permission.

Your request and photos are stored securely with trusted service providers in the United States. Your photos are kept private and are never published without your permission.

Your request also reaches us by email, with the photos attached.

Only the Settle & Co. partners see your requests and photos. Our service providers handle the data only to run their services for us. We never sell, rent or share your information for advertising.

• Photos: deleted periodically. If you allow us to use a photo in our portfolio, we keep that one.
• Request details (email, ZIP code, date): kept so we can follow up on your quote, until you ask us to delete them.
• The email we receive with your request, including the attached photos, stays in our inbox like any other email. Just ask and we'll delete it.

The site uses a single cookie to remember your language. We don't use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Because we don't track visitors across websites, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information we have about you, including your photos and emails. Just reply to any email you've received from us and we'll confirm once it's done.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
